I believe bodywork is a respectful partnership between client and therapist. Myself as a healer, but rather an assistant. And facilitator of your own healing process. My goal is to work with. The body, not on. I listen with my hands, and follow where your body leads. I find this approach much more effective, as it gives your body the chance to welcome the therapy, instead of fighting it.
